Before anything is scheduled
The scope is set on the walkthrough, not on this page.
You will not find a task list or a frequency promise here. Cleaning scope depends entirely on the building, the traffic through it and the hours it is free, and a list written before any of that is known is a list that gets renegotiated later.
So we walk the building, agree what is in and what is out, and put it in writing. What you approve is what gets done.
