Square footage, condition, access, and the hours we are allowed to work. Bring your plan if you have one.

You get it in writing

Scope, prep, materials, the areas covered, and the schedule. If something is excluded, it says so.

We work your off-hours

The crew works the window you approved. The building opens on time, with the areas cleaned up behind us.
