Service area 03 · Commercial & industrial
Commercial electrical.Scope first.
Electrical work for the warehouses, plants and commercial buildings we already serve, on the same off-hours schedule. Tell us the job and we will tell you in writing what we can take on.
Before anything is scheduled
We confirm the scope in writing before we schedule it.
There is no capability list on this page. Electrical scope varies more than any other trade we work in, and a list written to look impressive is how a contractor ends up on a job it should not have taken.
So the order is the other way around. Send the building and what you need done. We walk it, we tell you in writing what we can take on and what we cannot, and only then does anything get scheduled.
If part of the job is outside what we do, you will hear that from us before you have spent anything on it.
One schedule
Four trades that can share one shutdown.
Most of the cost of this work is the hours the building is down, not the materials. Trades that arrive on separate weekends spend that cost four times.
Where it fits
The same buildings, the same hours.
Electrical work sits alongside the other three service areas rather than apart from them.
Commercial and industrial
Warehouses, plants and commercial buildings, which is the same kind of property the rest of our work is in.
Off-hours by default
Nights, weekends and planned shutdowns, so the work happens in the window the building is already down.
One shutdown, not four
If it shares a window with painting, joint filling or cleaning, it goes on one schedule and one written scope.
Request a quote
Tell us the building and the hours.
The two things that decide everything else. We will come back with a walkthrough time.
